May 18: One of our Moppets crafts this year was planting flowers. The kids got to decorate little pots with foam stickers and plant a flower to take home. Sadie always loves doing the crafts at home since she doesn't go to MOPS anymore. I ended up with about 10 flower pots left, I also had lots of seed packets that we had given to our volunteers. We made a day of it--painting pots in the morning and planting seeds in the afternoon. All three kids painted pots but Kinnick was gone with Marc when we planted the flowers (and we ran out of dirt). The girls each planted several different types of flowers and have had fun watering them and watching them grow!
