February 16: Sadie and Kinnick both got to have a mom & dad date when they turned four. They each got to go to Build-a-Bear to make a bear and have a special lunch. We decided to let Macey make her Build-a-Bear when she turned three because she loved Sadie's so much. For her 4th birthday we still wanted to do a date so we decided to take her out to eat and to the mail to pick out a baseball hat (she loves Kinnick's hats!)
We enjoyed lunch at Applebee's with a special Sundae for the birthday girl!
Macey loved trying on hats at Lids. Unfortunately they didn't have a large selection of kids hats. We found a cute little girl's "White Sox" hat that she liked so we ordered the same hat with Cubs instead. She loves her hat!
She also had fun picking out a new pair of sunglasses with her Claire's gift card.
