Shinkey Weekend

We always love spending time with the Shinkeys!  We don't get to see them enough since we've moved but anytime we're together we ALL have a great time.  The kids usually play so well together and always have a blast.  They came in June to spend a weekend with us.

They came Friday night.  We had tacos and went out for ice cream.

The kids like going to Sonny's for ice cream because they can get a cone with a smiley face on it.  It's the little things...

Sonny's also has a batting cage behind it so after ice cream we enjoyed watching for awhile.  Ryan, Marc, and Carson all took a turn (Kinnick wanted to also, but he needs to stick to the tee for now!)

On Saturday we enjoyed sleeping in and having a big breakfast.  After that we headed to Jump Zone.  We stayed cool inside with lots of jumpy houses and icees for everyone!

When we got home the kids played in the sprinkler for awhile and then crashed in front of a movie.  We grilled out for dinner and did sprinklers before they had to leave.  A fun weekend... can't wait to see our friends again.
