4th of July

July 4th:  Our 4th of July this year was very chill!  Sadie had been invited to stay with a close family friend from Streator so Marc took her to meet her friend in the morning and I took Macey to a local farmer's market that I had been wanting to check out.  The farmer's market was a bust but we happened to spot a super cute bakery that was open so we stopped in for some treats.

We spent the afternoon at our sweet neighbor girl's 3rd birthday party.  It was at a local park/splash pad.  It was Frozen themed, complete with Anna & Elsa!  The kids had a blast and there was SO much good food.  Their family knows how to party!!  We had a blast!

For the evening we headed to a local golf course to camp out and watch fireworks.  We took card games and snacks (including our bakery goodies!)  We loved watching fireworks together and celebrating this great country we live in!
