Kinnick Turns 6!

November 25:  I can not believe this little boy is 6!  He keeps growing.  He keeps making us laugh.  He continues to be kind and thoughtful.  He is moody after school each day.  He loves to play Wii.  He LOVES Indianna Jones.  He likes to eat cashews, meatballs, cheeseburgers, & biscuits with gravy.  He teaches his brother how to play with blocks and throw balls.  He loves playing basketball and soccer and can't wait to try other sports as well.  He is learning to read and he is doing awesome in Kindergarten.  He is a Lego Master Builder!  He also loves puzzles and games, especially logic games.  I am beyond grateful that God picked me to be his mommy!

      

 

 

For Kinnick's 6th birthday he chose to have his friend party at a local Equestrian Center.  We Love going to Ellis House--they hold family nights on the first Friday of each month.  They are run mostly by volunteers and they do a lot for our community.  Kinnick invited 9 friends from school/church.  We had fun making invitations and choosing favors for the party together.  At his party the kids got to practice grooming and leading a horse.  They got to decorate a real horseshoe with paint and glitter to take home.  They each got a turn to ride.  We also ate sandwiches and chips, opened presents, ate cupcakes and played musical chairs (which the boys wanted to do again and again!)  It was a fun party.
