March 1, 2016: The kids' school held a "Fun Run" fundraiser this year. The kids raised pledges to help pay for new playground equipment and new books for classrooms. Sadie was really into calling and asking for pledges. She did a great job with setting a goal and working towards it. The week of the fun run, parents were invited to watch the kids run their laps. They had music and lights to make it fun. Also, throughout the week they learned about kids from different parts of the world and what types of positive character traits they can strive for. It was a great experience and a fun way to raise money for their school.
